*People when it is an off day there (During Any holiday or Sunday Offs etc…) - It’s a B2C process so has to be On Client's List of Holidays

*Do we have to arrange the VNA training at our own or the client?

Training includes this all? - Client training includes all.

*Will the client provide training to all our agents or to the Process heads such as TL, Trainers etc? -Provide training to all your reps along with management.

*Will there be any sort or Qualification Assessment from the client after the training? - Not exactly....
