Solar Semi VOICE Lead Generation Campaign Available – We Provide the Dialer, Avatar & Leads

Solar Lead Generation Campaign Available. You will be calling potential customers all over the U.S. Looking for customers, who are interested, cooperative, are the home owner and have an electric bill over $100. You will live transfer those calls, to our closing agents.

We will provide: - The dialer, Avatar (Non Voice technology) and leads for free. - Training and Daily Reporting Provided. There are no setup fees. However, you are responsible for your VOIP minutes – Must use our VOIP provider.

We will pay you $6 per transfer, with a 90 second buffer) - Payment – NET 21 days (Calculated on weekly basis) – Paid via PayPal / Bank account - Bonus Program - $20 per transfer, only if the call is scheduled by our Closing agent and CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT.

VOIP Bonus– If your center achieves a conversion rate of 50% or better, we will pay 50 % of VOIP charges. Conversion rates are calculated by dividing the total number of transfers that last 90 seconds or greater (on the closer side) by the total number of transfers. The calculation is based for your entire team at the end of the billing week.

Requirements - Minimum 10 agents, Must have High Speed Internet Access and have Windows 7 or better and a Static IP Address(Optional)

Just Technologies does not allow brokers, consultants or “middle men” of any kind unless otherwise approved by Just Technologies . We NEVER charge any start up fees or up-front fees, except Prepaid VOIP (3rd Party Vendor). Under no circumstances, should any person or company request a fee or commission from your center to run our campaigns. We insist that the call center receives and keeps 100% of the commissions. We require that we are contracted directly with the call center and call center owner generating the campaign and that we have direct access to the sales floor, managers and agents when requested via Skype video.

Do you charge set up fees?

We do not charge set up fees nor do we charge for the right to do the campaign. All we ask is that you pay for your VOIP. We are investing in you - We supply the dialer, Leads and the Avatar (non-voice software). This all costs money that we provide to you for free - We also are investing our time, not only getting you set up, but also the initial and ongoing training.

What are the VOIP charges?

The cost of the VOIP $3 per agent per day – Must be paid in advance

Can you use your own VOIP Provider?

No. We require that everyone use our VOIP provider, both the opening centers and the closing centers. The reason we do it is to avoid all the tech issues and to provide you with accurate reporting on all calls. Our calling plan allows for all the calls to be connected through tier one and two providers and offer more termination points and outgoing channels that any other provider. Because everyone is on the same system, using the same VOIP provider we do not experience latency issues, echoes, delays and disconnections. The calls are clean and flawless.

Do you profit from the centers using your VOIP Provider?

No. We do not profit from this. You get charged, what we get charged.

Can you deduct the VOIP from future payouts?

NO. The initial VOIP charge, must be prepaid in order to get started. It is not our VOIP Company (3rd party) - We do not pay it for you. Afterward we can deduct from the payout

PayPal - If located outside India.

You must set up a PayPal account both to make payment to VOIP provider and to receive payment from us. It is really simple to do - Just go to their website and set up an account - It is the easiest method and the cheapest. If PayPal is not an option, we can provide alternative payment options.

What is a 90 second buffer and why is it needed?

A 90 second buffer means, that when the call is transferred the closing agent has 90 seconds to determine if the transferred call was a qualified transfer, meaning the customer was interested, cooperative, was the home owner (not a renter), the house was a single family home (only) and had an electric bill over $100.

Conversion Rates

We use conversion rates to determine performance. Conversion rates are calculated on a weekly basis. Conversion rates are determined by how many calls were transferred divided by the number of transferred calls that were billable. Ex if you sent 100 transfers and 36 of those were billable, then the conversion rate would be 36%.

What is the pay out?

We will pay you $6 per transfer, only if the call is scheduled by our closers and CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT.

What are the qualifications for a transferred call?

There are 5 criteria for the calls to be transferred -

1) they must be a home owner and not a renter

2) the House must be a single family home. It cannot be a Town House condo or mobile home.

3) The electric bill must be over $100.

4) Must be interested in speaking with a specialist.

5) Must be cooperative

What can my center achieve?

Your agents will be speaking to 500 people a day - That’s 1 out of every 125 people. Your agents will be dialing 3000 - 5000 numbers per day each - speaking with between 500 - 800 customers a day

What is your pay schedule?

The week starts on Friday and ends on Thursday - You will be paid for the first week on the 21st day from the day you started the campaign.

Calling Schedule

All times are based on EST. At present, we are open from 9Am - 11pm EST Monday - Friday (Saturdays dialing is based on clients requirements, also timings can change as required by the area we will be dialing)

Training

The training will last approximately 1 1/2 hours. The training is divided into 4 sections

1) Background on the campaign

2) Dialer how it works – how to transfer

3) Avatar – How it works – how the system is laid out, what the recordings to use and when

4) listen to sample recordings of agents on their first days on the job. This will illustrate what the agents can expect and what not to do. It will get them past the learning curve quickly. Your agents will then role play with each other - One will act as the customer, the other the agent. This will help get them familiarized with the system. Once you feel the agents are proficient, you will be free to start dialing.

Reports Disclosure

You will have access to all reports, showing exactly how many transfers were sent, how many of them where billable, all call duration and how much money is due. You will also be granted admin access to the dialer reports. You will be able to live monitor your agent’s calls. Have access to all the recordings both, on the opening side and also on the closing side. In addition, you will be able to monitor your agent’s activity. You will know when they sign in, when they are on pause, how many calls they took and the result.
