HOLIDAY'S SICKNESS 
CRITERIA: 

     * Client must have felt unwell for at least 8 days
     * Must have suffered from at least 2 symptoms
     * Must say he either took medication or went to a pharmacy
     * Must say he reported it to a rep or member of staff
     * Client always ate and drank in the hotel client did not attend excursions (went out to eat)
     * Client must say the food looked under cooked.
