 7. Better to avoid customer having electricity bill between $200-$250 aud  per quarter
 8. Misleading statement: You don't have to pay anything extra out of your pocket

 10.  Rebate: Tell them its up to 40% depending upon the system requirement however our specialist would be the best person to tell you all about that
 11. If calling today then book appt for day after tomorrow
 12. Disability pensioner & single mom pensioner cant get finance option
 13. We do have finance options
